Submit a Membership Application Form
Filling out an OPSEU Membership Form ensures that you are officially registered with the Union and that you receive your Union Card. It authorizes you to be represented by the Union, to vote at membership meetings, and to take on a representative role within the Local. It also gives you access to these discounted services.
1. Online, where your information is submitted directly to OPSEU Head Office:

* Our Local Number is “Local 5121”
* Our Sector is “BPS” (for “Broader Public Service”)
* Your “Unit” is your employer
* You can leave the “Recruiter” information empty.
