Sign Up for a Membership and Create a Portal Account

As you know we have entered into bargaining with the Employer. It is critical that you SIGN UP TO BE AN OPSEU MEMBER so you can fully participate in your Union. It’s also imperative that you CREATE A MEMBERSHIP PORTAL as this is how you can claim expenses and receive strike pay (if a strike were to happen). NOTE: If you have already signed up as a member previously with Local 540 you do not need to sign up again, but if you haven’t created a portal yet, please do so.

It’s important to not leave this to the last minute during bargaining season. Please complete both tasks and remember to pass on this information to one other co-worker during your next shift. The more participation, the stronger the Union and by proxy, our wins will be!
